Psssst ...
Guess who's getting a family of her very own today?
I think you know, but Sara's too blissed out at the moment for me to disturb her with the news. Sweet dreams, little girl -- when you wake up, at least one of them will have come true!

Congratulations, Sara! Hopefully your new home will have another fleecy blanket for you to burrow in!
Sara's new parents tell us there are lots of fleeces for Sara to explore :). It's wonderful to know so many people are so happy for Sara. We're thrilled for her too!
The kitties here are available for adoption through the Seattle Humane Society. They get lots of love and attention in our home while patiently waiting for the right parent(s) to come along. We work very hard to connect the kitties with families of their own, so if you're interested in any of our fosters, please send us an e-mail. We'll be happy to help you through the adoption process with the SHS.
Our current feature foster
There are no fosters in our home at this time, but there are many kitties in need of families at the Seattle Humane Society! Please check out the profiles of potential adoptees here.
The adoption process
In order to adopt one of our kitties, you must complete an adoption application and submit it to the Seattle Humane Society. More information on SHS adoption policies and fees is available on the SHS website.
To speak with someone at the SHS about adoptions, please call (425) 649-7563.
I can't adopt; how else can I help?
Nothing helps more than spreading the word! Subscribe to or follow this blog and send our link on to other people you know. Even if they're not looking for a feline friend, they may know someone who is. And if anything, you get to share the happiness of adorable kitties going about their daily lives chez Kittitas.

Wonderful, wonderful news! It is especially terrific when an older kitty finds a new home. Congratulations, Sara! Your new family is very, very lucky!
That's fantastic news! Congrats, Sara. I agree with the above about the fleecy blanket and how lucky your new family is!
